TTLB Exclusive! MUST CREDIT TTLB!
Blogger Jeff Jarvis has long been known to be a tireless advocate of blogs and a staunch defender of free speech. In recent times, he has become the scourge of the FCC, wielding FOIA requests as a duelist does his foil to slice open the dark underbelly of the self-appointed National Nanny. And above all, he has championed that symbol of freedom and free speech, radio jock Howard Stern, bane of the FCC and hero to horny men everywhere.
But our crack investigative team at TTLB has uncovered Jarvis' shocking secret: that he actually is Howard Stern!
Yes, that's right: trash-talking shock jock Stern and dignified 'Net pundit Jarvis are in fact the same person. Hard to believe, we know. In this world of instant makeovers and high-tech cosmetics, however, the change from grey-and-dignified pundit to wild-locked King of All Media is simply a matter of space-age hair dye, fast-acting Rogaine, and a boatload of hairspray. And in this EXCLUSIVE! TTLB photo, we have captured the transformation as it was occuring!
Now that his secret is out, some at Jarvis' day job admit they are less than surprised to learn of his double identity --- including Condé Nast cafeteria worker Noel Gonzalez.
"We began to become suspicious when we saw Jeff in the cafeteria one Monday morning with a pair of strippers attempting to lick donut jelly out of his beard," Gonzalez said.
"It was quite a shock: everybody knows that Condé only provides strippers on Tuesdays and Thursdays."
Jarvis/Stern refused TTLB's request for an interview, referring all inquiries to "Baba Booey."
As a result of this deception, we at TTLB most strongly recommend that you do not contribute to Spirit of America via the Buzzmachine challenge team. Don't even click on the link. Not even once!
Instead, we hope you will do the right thing, and contribute to Spirit of America via the TTLB EcoTeam page. It's what Michael Powell would want you to do!
